Industry Leaders

Sparrow has recruited mentors from across a broad range of theatre disciplines. Each mentor is a bona fide leader in their field. Each of them having “walked the walk” and earned great respect in the industry.

Early to Mid-Career Professionals

Applications for the program open in August. We encourage any self-driven professional artist to apply, wether you are a new graduate or a mid-career professional looking for guidance for your next step.

Matches

Sparrow, along with consultation of each Mentor, will then carefully match Mentor and Mentee. Insuring that each match will be beneficial to both parties

6 Month Program

Once the matches are made, the 6 Month Mentorship will launch in October 2020. With a minimum of at least a 1 Hour Mentorship Session per-month for the duration of the program.

All participants will need to agree to adhere to the Sparrow Mentors Code of Conduct

Application fee of $10. This fee will also provide you with a one year membership to Sparrow.

For those successful in gaining a place in the mentorship program there will be a one-off Admin fee of $150

Sparrow encourages all BIPOC and ethnically diverse theatre makers to apply.
